- Sales Tax/ Credit Card Charge
- As per government regulation, we will collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the our state. We do not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states. For international orders, please verify with you local government agencies. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your order/s.
- Tracking Your Order
- Click on the "My Account" menu to track your order status. You should receive a Package Tracking Number detailing when your order has been shipped. If you have not received your package after the shipment date, click on "My Account" and check if your order and all items in your order display Package Tracking Numbers. If your package and each of its items contained therewith show a status of "Delivered", please contact the Customer Service Hotline for assistance.
