Exchange Policy
 

ShapeLife NYC values our customers' confidence. You have 30 days to exchange unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging, for any reason. Just write the order or reference number on the mailing package or envelope. All items to be exchagned are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. Most of our items are exchangable, except for products with adhesives, and hosiery products whose packaging has been tampered with, or destroyed. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchange items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Must be unworn, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging
  • Must be free of marks and scents. We strongly recommend being makeup-free and perfume/deodorant-free when trying on our garments.

We adhere to all Health Code Regulations. Because of this, we refuse to accept return items with a crotch lining once they have been worn. We suggest that you try on items with crotch linings over your own underwear. We have the right to refuse the return of items with obvious signs of wear (i.e., if the items have been soiled, or have been smudged with makeup, or if the item has a distinct smell).


Wrong Item Shipped


If you were shipped an incorrect item, please contact our customer service department within 7 days and request for a pre-paid label. Once you have received the label, please return the items and fill out the return form attached to your invoice. Kindly mark the mailing envelope,  “Wrong Item Shipped", so that we'll know that it should be prioritized. We suggest that you mail it with the shipping tracking number, so that you can track if it has been delivered at our warehouse.


Your return will be processed within ten (10) business days once received at our warehouse. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.


If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy we will not credit you for your return, and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the item back to you.

How to Process the Exchange: 

 
  • Place a new order for the correct merchandise (either by phone or on http://ShapeLifeNYC.com) and return the exchangable merchandise according to the Return Policy.

  • We charge our standard shipping charges on all exchanged orders.
